Georgina Fane Pope Memorial
Georgina Fane Pope was a trained nurse who was the first Canadian to recieve the Royal Red Cross. She both superinted Canada's military nurses during the Boer War, and in 1908, was made Canada's first military Nursing Matron, in charge of all military nurses.
